The F.O.R.W.A.R.D Topics

Unicorn of tomorrow is a global contest, leading up to one unique universal contest winner. However, in addition to the contest, we are proud to present a special category, titled FORWARD.

Innovators from all over the world are encouraged to submit ideas within seven particularly identified topics. Each topic is identified for the sole reason that it relates to a challenge close to the heart of one of the founders.

The Unicorn of Tomorrow international panel will select one submitted idea from each topic and the representatives behind the ideas will be presented a special FORWARD prize at the Unicorn of Tomorrow Awards.

Please note that the criteria for submitting an idea in the FORWARD category are different from the main contest: It is not necessary to show a solid business plan, to have “unicorn potential”, or to even be incorporated.

Instead we want to reward brilliant ideas, in a process which in itself can lead to exciting matchmaking, capitalization and hopefully further the ambitions of the idea maker.

The winners will receive a special award, media exposure and valuable benefits and perks from our partners.

Reuse & recycle

Focus on initiatives that encourage recycling in production and consumption.
Disinformation prevention

Focus on processes countering the polarisation trends, especially on/through social media. Never before have so many been misled by so few, and everybody is entitled to a mind of their own, built on facts.
